OSHI ZUSHI

I start working at Japanese restaurant as a chef helper in Vancouver.
This restaurant is small about 10 table and counter seats. Owner is from Korea. But she had been in Japan for 10 years, and she is experienced of being an instructor mainly of Japanese food at cooking schools in Korea, Canada, and the U.S.
I enjoy working there.

I want to have my own restaurant or cafe  in foreign country in the future.
But there is a lot of Japanese restauranrt in Vancouver. I would like to have a restaurant in my partner's country.

"OSHI ZUSHI"
Today, I cooked really easy and delicious SUSHI, and it's called  "OSHI ZUSHI".
In English "Press Sushi".
